My Favorite Firming Moisturizers

Let’s face it. As we age, our skin loses radiance, elasticity, and collagen - all key factors that contribute to what we know as “healthy and youthful skin.” Luckily, moisturizers with firming properties can save both your skin and confidence. Here are my favorite moisturizers that will visibly firm your skin and provide noticeable results with continued use. Trust me, I’ve tried all of these and rave about them any chance I get.

First is Erno Laszlo's Firming Cream. It is lightweight, but don't let that fool you: this stuff is really powerful. It firms and sculpts the contours of your face and can be worn overnight or during the day. It is another moisturizer with a vegan formula. With loyal use for over a month, I noticed that it increases skin elasticity, firmness, hydration and more. It's a whipped cream, so it's light enough if you happen to have oily skin.

Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30 not only firms the skin on your face, but it also protects your face from further damage through sunscreen. It has been shown to limit the appearance of wrinkles and firm skin in just 14 days. It is a lightweight formula designed to be worn during the day to further protect your skin from aging. 

Charlotte's Magic Cream Moisturizer by Charlotte Tilbury is pumped full of Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C + E to clear any and all wrinkles from your face. It is an amazing powerhouse product that will provide your skin with all the moisture it needs. It increases hydration and smooths wrinkles almost immediately after application, and even more so as you continue to use it. Many swear by this 'magic' product and I love the way my skin feels after using it.

The last product on this list is the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. Its main focus is on the skin barrier, the layer in the skin that protects from itching and eczema. It restores this barrier to give you a smooth look and hydrated skin. It is suitable for sensitive skin. I also always recommend this one to family and friends when they’re experiencing new breakouts, excess dryness, or when their skin needs a break from their typical routine. I treat CeraVe moisturizer as a calming reset when your skin is crying for help and repair.
