JackThreads Pop-Up: The Spring

JackThreads has a pretty impressive online presence, but they're starting to emerge in the physical market as well. About two weeks ago, I got the opportunity to visit their new pop-up store on Crosby street in Soho, NY.

Beyond selling high-quality, trendy, and great looking clothes, JackThreads also had some in-house stylists available to give advice on how to pull looks together. It's one thing to buy a cool cardigan or jacket, but it's another to make them your own in a unique way.

What I liked best was the atmosphere that JackThreads was able to cultivate for their existing customers while still sparking the interest of people walking by the pop-up. It was a very warm ambience, and everyone from the company seemed excited to be there. It was refreshing to have genuine conversation with whomever I came into contact with and step out of the usual “fashion small talk.” It also didn't hurt that there were beers on hand courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery.

Overall, JackThreads really understands who it is they're selling to. I seem to fall squarely into their targeted demographic, but after visiting an actual store I realize that I'm hardly alone. JackThreads isn't a niche store, and they don't cater to only one style.

The team was kind enough to hook me up with pieces that I’ve been loving including a marled grey shawl cardigan, buffalo check plaid jacket, comfy v-neck tee, and more. I had an amazing experience and look forward to seeing the growth of JackThreads overtime and continue rocking pieces from their upcoming Spring 2016 line.
